Before: Energy loss
As a natural law, the lighter warm air rises up to an area you don’t need it: To the ceiling.
To reach the requested temperature at the floor, you have to heat unnecessary again and again, even though the ceiling already has 28°C.
After:
Energy savings
Our industrial ceiling fans equalize the room temperature by pushing down and mixing the heat air. At the example above, there is a 6 degree higher
temperature at the ceiling without any additional heating.
In the middle you can calculate a 5% reduce of the fuel costs for every lower degree of room temperature. So in this example we have 30% lower fuel
costs without any changes at the heating system.
Another reason for energy loss is the more or less good insulation of the ceiling. The high temperature at the ceiling causes a corresponding high
energy loss (transmission).
As well the energy loss transmission at the ceiling is significant reduced now. In fact in proportion to the lower difference inner to outer
temperature: If we have an outer temperature of 0°C and a reduced temperature from 34°C to 22°C at the ceiling, the transmission is reduced by 35%.
Often some areas of the room stay cold after a long time heating.
The complete room is comfortable warm now - fast and equal.
It needs our special designed high quality fans to reach the requested results. Even for rooms up to 20 meters high. And for many years of working without problems.
